Every time I feel down and depressed or my body feels heavy and tired, I know that I’m out of balance and it’s time for Green Juicing.
So first I start drinking lots of water and remind myself of drinking at least one glass of green juice everyday!
I use whatever available in the fridge:
Spinach
Green apples
Celery
Cilantro or Parsley
Carrot
Tomato
Ginger
Lemon juice
And it works like a charm!
