Look at Fig As a Whole Meal…So much fiber, So satisfying, So delicious!

1. Very high in fiber and so fulfilling and satisfying.
2. Excellent for losing weight.
3. A natural laxative because of its high fibre.
4. Hight in potassium and can help lowering blood pressure.
5. High in Prebiotics which improves digestive system.

Fig Salad:

Make a salad with Organic Green spring-mix, Figs, some cheese, some walnuts, Olive oil (find the Award winning Olive oils here) and Balsamic vinegar.
